6 Week Microdosing Course

This 6-week course offers a supportive structure for those new to microdosing. You'll learn foundational principles such as safe use, potential benefits, intention-setting, and practical integration tools for lasting transformation. The journey blends microdosing education, somatic practices, and nervous system support to help you regulate your system, shift limiting patterns, and rewire your mind.

Each week builds upon the last, weaving together neuroscience, embodiment, and mindfulness to cultivate emotional resilience and sustainable change. My intention in creating this program is to support you in feeling more ease, release outdated patterns, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

4 Week Foundational Mindfulness Course

This 4-week course is for anyone curious about meditation—especially those working with microdosing, integrating a psychedelic experience, or simply exploring altered states of consciousness through mindfulness. It’s designed to help you explore meditation and awareness practices that enhance presence, intuition, and emotional balance, while encouraging a steady, intentional connection to your inner world.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn foundational meditation and awareness techniques that help you tune into your body, stay present with your experience, and track subtle shifts over time. These tools can be especially helpful when paired with microdosing, offering structure and support as you navigate internal growth and integration.

Expect gentle guidance, practical resources, and space to explore what a meaningful meditation practice looks like for you.

Virtual Donation-based Yoga Nidra Class
First Tuesday of Every Month

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into deep physical relaxation while maintaining conscious awareness. Often called "yogic sleep," this practice helps the body shift into the parasympathetic nervous system—rest, digest, and heal—while the mind enters a theta brainwave state, associated with creativity, intuition, and deep restoration. It’s a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, stress release, and cultivating inner clarity.

This virtual, donation-based Yoga Nidra class is offered on the first Tuesday of every month at 5 PM PST / 8PM EST.
